Your role

You will ensure that our guests feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment.

You will look after our guests throughout their entire stay – attentively, warmly, and with an eye for the little details that make all the difference.

Your responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming and personally attending to our guests
• Carrying out check-in and check-out procedures
• Processing reservations and handling guest correspondence
• Providing guest advice over the phone and in writing
• Maintaining reservation details and guest profile data
• Managing our online booking platforms (OTAs)
• Supporting room sales and additional services
• Organising special guest requests and individual arrangements
• Liaising with housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen, spa, and all other departments
• Managing the till and handling daily cash-ups
• Actively contributing to smooth day-to-day operations at the front office

Your profile

You will fit right in if you:

Ideally, you will also bring:

• Completed qualifications in hospitality or tourism (not essential – your personality is what counts most)
• Experience working at a hotel reception desk or in guest services
• Excellent spoken and written German and English
• A natural enthusiasm for dealing with people
• Good IT confidence and a willingness to learn new software
• Organisational flair and self-initiative
