That's exactly what our front desk is about: the first impression, an open ear for every request, the one contact person throughout the whole stay. If you enjoy welcoming people with genuine warmth and love working in a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you.

Your Role

• Welcome our guests warmly and guide them personally through check-in and check-out, so every stay feels right from the very first minute
• Handle reservations and guest correspondence, so every request gets a quick and reliable answer
• Advise guests by phone and in writing, so they find exactly the stay that suits them
• Maintain reservation and guest data as well as our online booking platforms, so all information stays up to date
• Support the sale of rooms and additional services, so our offering is used to its full potential
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen and Spa, so guest requests are handled smoothly
• Manage the till and daily closings carefully, so everything adds up at the end of the day

Your Profile

You're a good fit if you enjoy meeting people, stay friendly even on stressful days, take ownership, and like thinking ahead as part of a team to find solutions. Open, warm, and reliable – with real enthusiasm for giving guests an unforgettable stay.
 

• Completed training in hospitality or tourism is a plus, but not a must – your personality matters more
• Experience at a hotel front desk or in guest service, so you settle into our workflows quickly
• Very good German and good English skills, so you can communicate clearly with guests from all over the world
• Confident with computers and open to learning new systems
• Organizational talent and initiative, so nothing slips through the cracks even on full days
