As part of our back office and reservations team, you play a key role in giving our guests this exact feeling long before they arrive.

Your role

You create anticipation.

Every reservation is more than just a booking.

It is the beginning of a personal relationship.

Through your advice, you help our guests find the holiday that suits them perfectly.

In doing so, you work closely with reception, sales & marketing, and all operational departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online portals
• Providing personal advice to guests regarding rooms, packages, and holiday experiences
• Creating bespoke offers
• Maintaining all reservation data and guest profile details
• Managing our booking platforms (OTAs, Channel Manager)
• Monitoring and updating room availability, rates, and packages
• Maintaining and assuring the quality of master data in reservation systems
• Assisting in the optimisation of direct bookings
• Liaising closely with front office, sales & marketing, and guest relations
• Handling pre-arrival guest correspondence
• Assisting in preparations for group bookings, events, and VIP guest arrivals
• Contributing to the continuous development of our reservation processes

You work with high accuracy – without ever losing sight of the person behind the booking.

Ideally, you will also bring:

• Completed qualifications in tourism or hospitality management
• Experience in reservations or front office within upmarket hotel operations
• Excellent German and good command of English
• Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation software
• An affinity for working digitally
• A thorough, meticulous, and independent approach to work
• Organisational talent and commercial awareness
