We're looking for a warm-hearted childcare professional who brings genuine joy and enthusiasm for working with children. As a key part of our Kids Club, you'll play a central role in creating unforgettable experiences for our youngest guests.

Your Role

• Care for our guests' children with warmth and responsibility, so a safe and stimulating environment comes naturally
• Design and run a creative, varied weekly program for our Kids Club, so it responds to children's needs and interests
• Get our young guests excited about nature and animals through hands-on activities at our mini farm, so learning and play come together
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across all play areas, so the environment stays both stimulating and secure

Your Profile

• Completed training in education/pedagogy or a comparable qualification, ideally with childcare experience, so you feel confident in everyday work with children
• Creativity and fresh ideas in designing children's programs, paired with genuine enthusiasm for entertaining and encouraging kids
• An empathetic, understanding manner with children and parents alike, so families feel their kids are in good hands
• Team spirit and clear, friendly communication with children, parents and colleagues
• Very good German and basic English, so international guests are well looked after too
