What we trust you to do
- Provide cordial supervision and advice for our international guests who are enjoying half-board and also in the à la carte area, and help with implementing events and seminars
- Active sales to guests (up selling and cross-selling)
- Work as part of team in your own department and also with the kitchen staff
- Instruct and manage commis and assistants
- Implement and monitor mise en place and table setting
- Put our business philosophy into practice
- Maintain HACCP standards
How you can inspire us
- You enjoy dealing with people and are a keen host
- Are happy and have a welcoming, open and charming demeanour
- Have successfully completed your training & have several years of experience in the sophisticated hotel sector
- A clear awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility, reliability and resilience are among your strengths
- High level of social competence and willingness to take on responsibility
- Independent, committed way of thinking and acting
- Very good level of German and English complete your profile
We offer you
- Seasonal or annual position
- 14 salaries per year
