Packages & unused services:
We ask for your understanding that we do not grant any additional discounts for our package weeks. Unused services (breakfast, dinner, etc.) will not be refunded.
These are annoying for both parties - but can always happen. Generally, the deposit paid will be offset against the cancellation fee in the event of cancellation.
For your vacation, however, we have adapted our cancellation conditions due to the current measures, so that you can also plan your vacation with us in the current situation and remain flexible.
Our cancellation conditions for bookings until November 2021
We allow you to cancel your booking quickly and easily free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Please arrive only if you and your family are in good health and feel fit.
In case of cancellation in connection with Corona we will keep your already made deposit and this will be deducted from your next stay as a value credit - this value credit does not expire!
If desired, we are also happy to offer a refund of the deposit.
Our cancellation conditions for bookings as of winter 2021/2022
General terms and conditions for the hotel industry:
Cancellation would be free of charge until 3 months before the agreed arrival date at the latest.
Within this period the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40 % of the arrangement price
- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the arrangement price
- in the last week before the date of arrival and in case of no-show 90 % of the arrangement price
- in case of early departure 100 % of the arrangement price
The above mentioned conditions are also valid in case of reduction of the booked number of persons per room.
