Rooms & suites prices

  • All prices quoted for rooms and suites are in Euros and per person per day with all Unterschwarzachhof extras - including “spoil-yourself” board
  • Excluding local tourist taxes
    Tourist taxes are not included in our prices (€ 2.00 in winter per person per night for guests from 15 years of age).
  • Single room supplement
    All our rooms are for at least 2 people. Using a room as a single room incurs a supplement of €50 per day.

Check in & check out

Rooms are available on your day of arrival from 3 PM, and we ask that you vacate your room by 11 AM on your day of departure. If agreed, a late checkout may be possible (up to 4 PM at the latest, price €50 per room).

Pets

If arranged in advance, pets are very welcome here. Please understand that they are not allowed to enter the dining rooms or wellness & spa area.

Amended cancellation policy

We have adjusted our cancellation conditions for your holiday based on current measures, so that you can plan your holiday with us even in the current situation and remain flexible.

NEW: Your booking in safe hands!

We offer you a quick and uncomplicated cancellation of your booking free of charge up to 24 hrs before arrival if one of these reasons should exist:

  • Travel warning for the federal state of Salzburg resp. Austria
  • State quarantine order for the arrival and departure from the federal state of Salzburg resp. Austria
  • Illness of the own person at Covid-19 (obligatory presentation of the test result)
  • Conversion of the Corona traffic lights to red for the district of Zell am See
  • Discontinuation of skiing operations in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm region due to the current Covid-19 siutation

Otherwise, our cancellation guidelines specially tailored to the current situation apply:

Winter 2020-2021

In the low season: (Season A, B & C)
(06.01.-29.01.21, 06.03.-10.04.21, 10.04.-18.04.21)

  • Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel or rebook your stay completely free of charge
  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Within 2 weeks prior to arrival 90% cancellation fee.

In the high season: (Season D & E)
(29.01.-06.03.21)

  • Up to 2 months before arrival you can cancel or rebook your stay completely free of charge
  • Up to 1 month before arrival 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Within one month before arrival 90% cancellation fee.

Only travel if you and your family are healthy and feel fit.

In case of cancellation we keep your already made deposit and this will be deducted from your next stay as a value credit - this value credit does not expire!

If desired, we can offer you a refund of the deposit.

Unterschwarzachhof cancellation conditions

You have just booked your most beautiful time with us at the Unterschwarzachhof, your holiday of well-being in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Sometimes, the anticipation of a stay can be suddenly interrupted by unexpected circumstances which prevent you from pursuing your holiday and necessitating cancellation. Cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival date incurs no cancellation charge. After this point, cancellation incurs a fee according to the Austrian Hotel Association conditions. This fee may be up to 90%* of the holiday booking price.

The cancellation rights according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG do not apply, but rather the general conditions for the hotel industry (general terms and conditions for the hotel industry)

  • Up to 3 months prior to arrival date: free cancellation
  • From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival date: cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price
  • From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival date: 70% of the booking price
  • Cancellation less than 1 week before arrival incurs a fee of 90% of the booking price. The full booking price is payable in the case of departure before the planned departure date.

Both you and we can spare these unnecessary costs and associated stress by taking out an appropriate insurance covering cancellation, premature departure, and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue). What counts as an insurance case?

  • Inability of the insured to travel due to medical reasons (doctor’s certificate required)
  • Death, serious accident, or unexpected serious illness of the insured, spouse, or immediate relative (parent, child, etc.)
  • Involuntary loss of work following redundancy instigated by an employer.
