Your role --------- You won't manage our reception desk from behind a back-office door. You are **right at the centre of the action.** You welcome guests, support your team, keep a cool head even on busy days, and ensure every guest feels: **"I am truly welcome here."** ### Your responsibilities include: - Leading and developing our front office team - Hands-on involvement in day-to-day reception and reservations duties - Overseeing smooth and professional check-in and check-out procedures - Organising daily front office workflows - Creating duty rotas and mentoring new team members during onboarding - Processing reservations and maintaining all booking and distribution channels (PMS, OTAs, Channel Manager) - Ensuring warm, personal, and high-quality guest communication - Handling guest requests and complaint resolution professionally - Working closely with housekeeping, restaurant, kitchen, spa, and sales & marketing - Actively driving and enhancing our overall service quality We are not looking for a manager who simply delegates tasks.
