What we trust you to do

  • The overall management and operation of the F&B department, including our restaurants, bars and event areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, taking into account cost control and budget management.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of service and quality to maximise guest satisfaction.
  • Execute innovative menu management, including the conceptualisation of new food and beverage items in collaboration with the executive chef.
  • Create a motivating work environment and lead the F&B team through regular training and personal development support.
  • Work closely with management and other department heads to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
  • Oversee and enforce compliance with all health and safety related F&B regulations.
  • Plan and execute our events, functions and conferences at the Unterschwarzachhof, Schwarzacher and Luxuschalet Schmiedalm.


How you can inspire us

  • A degree in hotel or restaurant management or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a management position in the F&B sector, preferably in the upscale hotel industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business management skills, with a strong understanding of cost control and budget management.
  • Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
  • You take on the role of personal contact person for guests and customers as well as internally.
  • Responsible and independent appearance and behaviour.
