You love being a host and handle even demanding guests with charm and ease? In the stylish setting of the Unterschwarzachhof, you'll take on a station with real responsibility in our upscale half-board and à la carte service. At the Unterschwarzachhof, a Chef de Rang isn't an interchangeable member of the service team, but a host with their own station and their own responsibility. You shape how an evening feels for your guests – from the first recommendation to the last glass of wine.

### Your Role

- Take charge of your own service station for around 20–25 guests, so every table gets your full attention
- Advise your guests professionally on food and drink choices, so the evening becomes exactly what they hoped for
- Take orders and present them with style at the table, so service feels as good as the dish tastes
- Coordinate the flow of service and master filleting, carving and flambéing, so craftsmanship becomes part of the experience
- Take on the role of sommelier and enrich the experience with your wine knowledge, so every recommendation stays memorable

### Your Profile

- Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification, so you can step in with confidence from day one
- Professional experience in upscale service, ideally with some sommelier experience, so you guide guests confidently through food and wine
- Sound knowledge of food, drinks and wine, so your recommendations always land well
- High resilience and flexibility, so you stay composed and friendly even during peak times
- Good German skills; English skills are an advantage, so you can host guests from near and far equally well
